Leaving Games/Ranked Penalty
So basically 2 years ago I used to be quite an imbecile (still am but a little less than before) and everytime I got mad I would leave my comp games and I ended up leaving so many times that I got my account restricted (not allowed to queue) for 2 years. It is getting unbanned near September and I saw on the warning that playing and staying in more games will reduce future punishments. Is this correct? Let's say my computer crashes or blue screens on the first game, and I unfortunately get banned for like a decade, is it 100% that the penalty will reduce as I play games before my computer wants to sabotage my ranked games?
