searching for a plugin name
I've seen other servers have a really good looking player name editor that allows you to put text and placeholders next/under the player's name. kinda like this:

if you use something like TAB by neznamy, then you can use their belowname feature, specifically fancy-value
tho having it customized like that requires your server to be on 1.20.3 and above

but the server I'm working on currently used to be on 1.20.1, now on 1.21
maybe the config is old or something like that

you can also compile it yourself from github if you know how
looks like that's just for custom textures and not stuff like placeholders or modifying the look
by modifying the look I mean making the whole name's(1, 2+ lines) background transparent and adding text shadow
Then just use tab
