[KIAI-444] Thumbnail not setting to user avatar
I keep setting {user.avatar} in the thumbnail field but whenever a user levels up, the bot keeps showing my pfp(the person who is setting it up). I am using the /edit level up message

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.

Hello there! After some testing, it seems like the variable is being evaluated on submission instead of on level up. I couldn't even get it to set back to the default
{guild.icon} in my test server.

Okii. Also is there an ongoing report/work for the roles being skipped? For example, there's a role at lvl 10 but the user went from 9 -> 11, then I gotta do rewards sync everytime? Is there any automatic solution?
There is a fix that is currently being tested with a small number of users (to make sure it works before we mark it as officially resolved)
