Stuttering plus fps drops
i7 13620h + rtx 4070 mobile + 48gb 3200 mhz ddr4 ram asus zephyrus laptop. ive been having insane fps drops and inconsistent fps (i have a 165hz screen and the fps constantly dips to like 140 causing stutters, also i sued to get 250-300 fps like 2 months back but now i dont. i play on ethernet.)
