ACCOUNT PROBLEM
I have a friend that got banned for 100 years and I have explained my side on why he keeps disconnecting ingame(which is the cause of the ban) and the dev gave me a chance.
The dev said:
However, to inform you here, we will lift the suspension as an exception for you, and please be noted that we might not be able to lift the suspension again in the future.
(The reply was a year ago)
But when I try to login the account today, the system can't find the account but I can login in website
