Regarding FPS drops
I cannot get technical nor can I confirm this, but there seems to recently been an issue where roblox slows down on any and every game you laod up, not just combat warriors. I'm lead to believe it's an underlying client issue and NOT an issue with the games you play, especially not the update rollback.
Correct me if I'm wrong or could give a better explanation

I have put some testing in, and I got good news for bloxstrap users.
Changing your lighting technology from "Auto" to either "DX10" or "DX11" will solve the issue somewhat.
I don't know why this is the case, again I am no qualified graphics engineer and nor could I give half a shit about it, but it seems to work regardless. Image 1 shows the video quality of DX10 and image 2 shows the video quality of DX11, both on 1440p.
I averaged about 110fps on DX10 and 160, my cap, on DX11
pixel artists boutta GLAZE DX10
So what we know now is that it MIGHT lie in the rendering system
