It seems to me that mutations are no longer superimposed... - Grow a Garden
I have a large sunflower with many mutations (screenshot below π), but I have a question why mutations do not accumulate anymore? For example, the Aurora mutation, I had Moonlight more than 7 times and the mutation did not apply, although I only have a sunflower in the garden, I do not think that I can be so unlucky. The same with the Twisted mutation, the tornado passed more than 3 times inside my sunflower and did not apply the mutation. How to understand this? Either I am super unlucky or I have already reached the mutation limit, if you know, please write how to fix this.

Mine is pretty fine, have you tried reclaiming the seed?

Nah bone blossoms are buggy, same thing happened to my friend.

I think the mirror wasn't close enough to the plant, try placing it directly in the crop or deep under it, for tornado idk that thing is just broken

I have the same exact problem, my bone blossom got hit over 3 times in a heatwave event and it didnt get sundried? a tornado also passed through it multiple times and it didnt get twisted, i think its a hitbox problem or something or just broken. if anyone has a idea to fix it please tell me as i wasted two tanning mirrors at this point.

So then choc would not be worth it?

^ that adds up to be a very small number. More mutations equal more scheks.

You have too many mutations, as you can see in the equation the formula penalizes each distinct mutation by subtracting 1

^^ Low weight. I have got Honeysuckles worth more than that with fewer mutations.

Mutation limit

Wow. I thought that a sunflower with that many mutations would cost like a trillion.

There's a limit on how much mutations it shows, if you pick it up you can see every mutation

I have the same issue, tornado spawn in my garden many times and it didn't even get the twisted, 2 updates and I didn't even get a single admin event mutation even on direct hit, I think they made it so that rarer mutatio have a very small chance to be applied on the mutation, my 247b sunflower get all that mutation in a single day but those aren't so rare, some of them are almost guaranteed with fixed chance. So I think there might be a hidden value of the chance that rare mutation will be applied to the fruit
My friend who own a candy blossom doesn't encounter the same issue, maybe his plant is on the ground, making it easier to get mutations. Or it's an old plant so the dev didn't touch it(?). Also the disco mutation in my plant was applied by disco bee, it's impossible to get a single admin mutation for me.
Another theory is the sunflower is too high, making it harder for mutations to be applied, after all like celestial, the star has to hit the flower, partially or directly, in order for the mutation to be applied, though this is just a theory, it's significantly make it harder for the plant to get mutated by event that needed to hit directly.
TL;DR: it's just hard for the tall plant to get mutations, or there's a hidden value, we might have to wait for the dev to say something, or people decompiling the game's code like what they have done to get the base mutations.
*also I have a banana existed since I first played this game it gets mutation pretty easily, it has almost all the mutation that existed since the game's release

You got 16 on it. What's the complaint!?
