I think it's 3-4 fruits at a time (although each fruit looks like 3 fruits, so it's hard to count sometimes). I haven't grown a Guanabanana yet -- just seems like it'll take up too much space. I'm going to grow a few Traveler's fruit on top of each other and move my Nectarines under them, so I can double-up on sprinklers.
Add that to the Moon Melon patch, Lily patch (47 plants), and Sunflowers, and I will have to spend the rest of my life waiting for Master Sprinklers.
