you are not following the wiki page, it says you have to use Proton 10, not GE-Proton, and your logs shows GE-Proton

Your log shows you're still using Proton-GE. Go into Heroic's advanced settings and enable "Allow using Valve Proton builds to run games" and ensure that you have Proton 10 installed in Steam
Be sure that Proton 10 is selected as the Wine version for your game
