Paradisal mutation incorrect? - Grow a Garden

There must be some incorrect info about Paradisal mutation or verdant mutation, or a bug :P, since i dont have a macaw pet and i noticed a green flower, it turned out to be paradisal. Wiki says its only when verdant and sundried mutations get together, but i dont remember seeing any verdant plant and i dont have macaw pet. Maybe i just dont understand, can someone explain?
