Getting Hyperion Screen capture to work
Hello Bazzite Community,
After installing Bazzite on my Home Theater PC and having an amazing experience i wanted to try it Out in my Main Desktop PC as well.
I installed it on a secondary nvme Drive and once again it worked flawlessly Out of the box despite being on an rtx 5000 System (the Well known lower dx12 performance being the only downside gaming wise)
One Thing that i Love about my Setup though is my ambilight system, i have an adalight device that i bought from the German company called "insanelight" and it works great on Windows using Hyperion, which does have native Linux Support.
So i managed to Install Hyperion on bazzite using a Fedora distrobox and Exported it, it runs as inteded and i can configure all Type of effects and colors Just fine, however i cannot activate Screen capture since it simply Shows "No device available" on both Screen capture and USB capture.
I tried to troubleshoot using chatgpts advice but Had No Luck, does anyone know If and how i can get Screen capture to work?
