it occasionally jumps to 50mb/s for a few seconds then goes back to being slow
shouldnt it be at 500mbps constantly?

i was downloading the models using a script so when I tried a cli command the speed jumped to 100 but it still wasn't as fast as usual

That tneds to be their cap in secure cloud
