I am looking for a port VTT for another manual of mine

I am about to finish an herbology manual in which there will be just over 100 ingredients and just over 35 natural preparations with their complex narrative descriptions and associated mechanics, as well as about 12 NPCs, which I need to port completely to both foundryVTT and Roll20.
I can share with you a Drive file where almost all the content is, so you can take a look at it.

Is this system agnostic or for some specific system? What is your expectations? And what is the budget for that?
