Changing cloudflare nameservers when the registrar is cloudflare

I bought a domain in Cloudflare for a website in GoHIghLevel over a year ago. About 2 months ago I logged in my cloudflare account to verify my domain for a zoho email setup, but its telling me to change my nameserver, no verification is working no matter how many times i change the dns, it keeps telling me to change the nameservers first.. I've been stuck with this problem for 2 months. It tells me to go to my registrar and change the nameservers, but my registrar is cloudflare, and cloudflare doesnt allow changing nameservers... It is also giving me a warning that my domain will be deleted in 14 days if i dont change my nameservers. I need urgent assistance from someone who knows how to fix this, thankyou very much

I understand your concern about the issue with your domain's nameservers. According to the documentation, it seems like you might be logged into the wrong Cloudflare account. As mentioned in the community post (https://community.cloudflare.com/t/824445), "The domain is active on Cloudflare so you are not in the Cloudflare account where the domain is registered and have instead added your domain to another Cloudflare account." To resolve this, you can try the following steps: 1. Log out of the Cloudflare dashboard and use the "Forgot your email" feature to see if you can locate the login for the account where the domain is registered and active. 2. Check for emails from Cloudflare for your domain registration to locate the login for the account where the domain is registered and active. 3. If you have registered the domain using a Google or iCloud login, try logging in with that account. If you are still unsure, you can try checking the DNS propagation for your domain using a tool like DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool (https://cf.sjr.dev/tools/check?REDACTED_CLOUDFLARE_ZONE#dns) to see if the nameservers match the ones shown in your Cloudflare account. Please note that if you are unable to resolve the issue, you may need to follow the directions for Billing, Plans & Subscription Questions (https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170566-Billing-Plans-Subscription-Questions), but I'm unable to provide further assistance on that.

What is the domain? You are most likely in the wrong CF account if it's telling you to change your nameservers.

I can see the domain on 2 cloudflare accounts. I tried removing it from the 2nd one and only kept it in the account where I bought it from, still told me to change the nameservers. Both accounts showed the same incorrect nameservers but also showed a different set of nameservers to replace the old one with. I'm pretty sure they also showed different dns for the same domain, I dont know how it got into this mess. @Laudian

I don't want to share my domain, since it might get removed soon, but I can check and send you the information you need Nothing personal, just taking precautions

That's ok, but in that case I won't be able to do anything.

I could check for you and tell you, for example if you need any info from whois

What nameservers is the domain currently using via whois, and which nameservers does it tell you to use?

I must assume that you are in the wrong CF account in that case.

you're the real mvp. I just asked my brother, he's the one who originally set this all up, he told me there was this one ancient email he might have used. I've logged there and it's all fine there, thanks Also I'd like to take this opportunity to say pray to God. I've tried fixing this for 2 months, but tried to do all by myself, and even asked my brother a couple times, he never told me this until today. I prayed to God last night and It's been all so simple, from Laudian pointing out the problem clearly to my brother just telling me this one email he never mentioned before
