Banned for what?
I just bought a new PC yesterday to play Valorant, since my previous computer was very old and slow. Today, when I tried to play on the new PC, I received a message saying that an account had previously been banned on this device, and shortly after, my account got banned as well.
I even tried logging in with a different account, played for about an hour, and it was banned again for the same reason. I have not violated any rules and I’m confused about why this is happening.
Could you please investigate this issue? I really want to enjoy the game without being unfairly penalized.
