Banned for what?
I just bought a new PC yesterday to play Valorant, since my previous computer was very old and slow. Today, when I tried to play on the new PC, I received a message saying that an account had previously been banned on this device, and shortly after, my account got banned as well.
I even tried logging in with a different account, played for about an hour, and it was banned again for the same reason. I have not violated any rules and Iβm confused about why this is happening.
Could you please investigate this issue? I really want to enjoy the game without being unfairly penalized.

If you actually cheated or had any kind of cheats on your pc even meant for other games, you wonβt get unbanned. Making posts here wonβt be any different than contacting support. :val_CAUGHT:
I don't use any 3rd party software, just finished the game, while looking for a new match I got banned

I have been playing on my console account since the game came out i recently got permanently banned

Yes everyone says riot band is 100% using 3rd party software, I got banned like that too and I don't use any software, I spent time and money to get here, and riot took it all away
Did everything just to get banned now im ip banned and cant even play valorant on my console ever again none of my tickets work or anything
My account was only used for one day at the internet cafe and then it was locked for no reason.
Ive had my account and played since valorant came out on console just to get all my hard work taken away forever
