A few corrections: the female outfit features a calf length puffy skirt, while the male outfit is essentially a skinny version of Peeves. The back hem of the outfit (unspecified for gender) resembles the occamy fit. Female shoes are less jester like.
I’ve checked the info again. The original source where snowy owl has taken from hasn’t mentioned about Trelawney’s echo. Only things mentioned were the PVE dungeons and Felix Felicis.

I think it’s not against regulations, but I think it’s easier to for staffs to track the source here than in there. Iirc, the mods did that too but they stated not to share in public, which ppl won’t liste, so they stopped.
