Floating entities

Hi, I'm not sure how I get these, I think it appears more after crashes (this spot used to be an enderman farm). I tried this command "/minecraft:kill @e[type=armor_stand,distance=..300]" but it said no entities was found.
I'm hosting a Purpur server, version 1.21.4
Has anyone meet this problem before and how can I solve this. Thank you!
