CPU usage frequently at almost 100%

Hello all - I have a self hosted installation on a VPS with the configuration Processor 1 vCore, Memory 2 GB, Storage 20 GB SSD SATA and bandwidth 100Mbps. The system is hardly in use with two companies and less than contacts. I do have Gogle Workspace email integration configured. Frequently, the CPU will be at 100% with the main process kswpad0 consuming the most CPU. The issue seems to have started only after configuring the email integration. How do I troubleshoot this issue?

That's completely unrelated to Twenty since this process is kernel process and not from Twenty, from what I see you have only 2 GB of RAM so that may be a bottleneck, here's an example solution https://askubuntu.com/questions/259739/kswapd0-is-taking-a-lot-of-cpu
Ask Ubuntu
kswapd0 is taking a lot of cpu
kswapd0 is taking 99.9% of my CPU as top shows me, the problem appeared today when gaming and first time it went away after 6 minutes and now it has been doing it for about 20 minutes. How is this

Thanks - I'll review further. Just to provide a sort of update - I have narrowed the issue to enabling and/or running the cron related jobs related to email sync (https://twenty.com/developers/section/self-hosting/setup#background-jobs-for-calendar-&-messaging:~:text=yarn%20command%3Aprod%20cron%3Amessaging%3Amessages%2Dimport%0Ayarn%20command%3Aprod%20cron%3Amessaging%3Amessage%2Dlist%2Dfetch). Multiple worker threads stacked up seem to be the issue. I'll report here any additional findings.
