How to trigger a force rescan of external libraries exif data?
On the documentation, there is an option to trigger a force re-scan all library files

This option no longer exists. How to trigger this? I tried using chatgpt, and it suggested using CLI -- doesn't work. It suggested API -- doesn't work.
