Account banned
My account was banned 2 months ago for no reason. I was just told that I had to register with support to verify myself and then my account was banned and now they say they can't restore the account anymore, so I want to ask for help here.

I've been trying for 2 months
because it can't be that hundreds of euros are gone without me doing anything and then I don't even get an answer
Support would be the only way
But what should I do if I don't get an answer? But it's possible that I'll get one again.

Yes, easily 10, they always said they couldn't help me even though I had just heard that it was possible.
There's not much you can do then
Only support can unlock an account
That makes no sense, they tell me to write to riot support but riot support doesn't answer me xd
if she told you this and support didnt help you then on one can help you it is what it is
But it doesn't make sense. They have to at least tell me something. I haven't received an answer since the first ticket.

@J21 I can't unlock accounts, im not player support
I can only guess why they locked your account- account sharing is a common reason, and it is against tos
if you bought your account or got it from someone else, that might be a reason too
@junimo Yes, but that's not the reason why I didn't buy it, but what else can I do if I don't get an answer from support?
because I don't know what I did wrong that justifies a permanent ban and no one can give me a proper explanation

I'm like you, ticket riot told me to use 3rd party software, and my account was lost for no reason, I put a large amount of money into the account, but in return it was banned for no reason.
I have created a ticket for 4 days in a row riot still claims my account cannot be opened

They don't give me a reasonable answer, always just the same bot answer
I just don't understand why they don't give me my account back. I didn't do anything wrong.
