Who do I contact about server "pausing" frozen?
I have a server stuck in "Pausing [App Name]" state for hours. Who do I contact to fix this?

Contact support from the feedback tab in upper right of dashboard.

Make sure you mention pause stuck in title/top of issue and you should get a confirm email with a tracking #. Then you just have to wait as this is an elevated issue right now and there is a queue to get it resolved as each case has to be hand fixed.
