From time to time, when my PC goes to sleep, it refuses to wake up afterwards. The machine itself is running (LED is on), but nothing shows up on the screen. My keyboard lights briefly turn on and then shut off, staying off. The only way to get it back is to force a reboot with the power button. After rebooting, I noticed that my monitor brightness is always reset to 30%, which makes me think it might be related to some power management setting. I’ve tried searching around (Google, ChatGPT, checking system logs), but I’m struggling to pinpoint the root cause. My suspicion is that it might be related to the iGPU having trouble waking up, but since it doesn’t happen every time, it’s hard to test. I’d really appreciate if someone could help me set up a proper troubleshooting/testing protocol to narrow this down once and for all, because it’s pretty disruptive (I lose all my work windows when I’m forced to reboot). I also think it happens more often when VirtualBox is running (which might also be linked to the iGPU), but I’m not 100% sure. There's this message in the journalctl
kwin_wayland[2671]: kwin_core: Failed to delay sleep: Sender is not authorized to send message

right after it went to sleep. Thanks in advance for any guidance!
