Problems with Managed Challenge

Please, someone from Cloudflare answer this, Managed Challenges are not working:

We are different people with the same issue and we are losing users because of this.

I have been trying to contact someone from Cloudflare about this for days, please give me a way to contact and get an answer. I'm not the only with this issue and I'm having problems with this, my domains and systems are offline because of this.
i also have this issue. having to manually disable managed challenges when someone needs to access the link. very annoying
Yeah, it’s what I was saying we are different people with the same issue. But I can’t find a way to talk with someone from Cloudflare, maybe it’s an incident but they just ignore me.
In the communities nobody answer and here I asked for contact and same thing.

Hello, I actively contribute to other communities, I know how they work, and I know that many of you are volunteers.
I'm just trying to get someone at Cloudflare to listen to me because this isn't a problem, it's a bug on Cloudflare's side that prevents access to certain domain content.
It's a widespread bug since other users are mentioning the same issue.
Again, I apologize for the ping. I understand that you are volunteers and I appreciate your work, but I need someone at Cloudflare to take a look at this.

This is the clean file, anyways I have a clean browser only for this kind of things so the request here are only to the domain with the error.

yeah managed challenge is being weird. I solve it but it keeps sending it each time I load a new page even with solve time set to 4 hours
past 30 mins filtered to only show the ip I am using.
at least ur able to solve it lol
Yeah, I still have also the same issue, I usually pass challanges to everyone in some endpoints so a lot of users unable to login. I dont want to unprotect them not because bots but because people trying strange things.
We can only wait, they maybe give us something in the next days. However I didn’t heard anything back for the moment.
I also got to fix it, looks like they changed things on how the challenge works now. They used to fetch the turnstile contents and scripts in a different way. But now, it looks like they changed it, now the scripts and contents are fetched directly from your domain, and they pass the security checks again when you try to fetch them, so if you have some rules that block that paths or what the request is trying to fetch the challenge wouldn't show up.
So maybe they should check this to do it in another way, or just warn in docs/dashboard about this changes so the whe know about this and we ensure that the challenges are not been blocked.
Sorry for bothering you again James, would be possible to include this in the documentation, and a warning or something to avoid the blocking of the Turnstile challenges?
great catch, i have 2 waf rules based on invalid paths/agents that arent passed by my software. although i exempt my Managed Challenge protected URL, it still blocks that
/cdn-cgi/challenge-platform/h/b... link. this was not an issue before. if i disable those 2 rules it works
not a big fan of this approach by CF.. hopefully it can be changed in some wayI have the same Problem. ASN 24940 from Hetzner is also Blocked. Can someone help me out with it? One of our customers needs to get unblocked from some of his suppliers who use the Turnstile Feature too. Thanks allot allready.
I would try to do a paper/docs about this so the people can fix this. I asked Cloudflare if they can add this to docs or dashboard, but they didn’t contacted since last message in this chat.
So I would include what it’s needed to unlock and which requests it does so you can check what rules are having troubles with Turnstile.
