I GOT BANNED FOR NO REASON
I recently received a ban on my account, but I genuinely don’t understand the reason behind it. I have not used any cheats, third party software, or done anything that would intentionally violate the rules. Every time I try to submit a ticket, it seems to get closed without any clear explanation, which leaves me confused and frustrated since I would really like to know what I did wrong. this ban feels unfair and unexpected. I’ve also seen some of my friends who were banned in the past get unbanned after further review, which gives me hope that this situation can be resolved. All I’m asking for is a fair chance to have my account reviewed properly. please help me understand the reason for the ban, and if possible, lift it so I can continue enjoying the game again.

they keep saying i was cheating when i wasnt. i havent used anything to give me a advantage at all. nor i dont know what got me banned. i legit have done nothing i wasnt going insane in any of the past games and im pretty sure my hs percent is like 22😭
