- Each month, users automatically get 80,000 AI model credits (Metered, Single use), which reset to 80,000 at the start of each billing cycle.
- Users can purchase universal credits at $1 per 10,000 credits (also Metered, Single use), with Billing Interval set to one-off and Usage Model set to Upfront Quantity. Universal credits are consumed at a 1:1 rate with AI model credits.
Just want to check:
- Does the system always use up the monthly 80,000 AI model credits first, and then deduct from the purchased universal credits if users go over?
- Do universal credits stay in the account until used up, or do they expire after a certain period?
- When someone goes over the free credits and starts using universal credits, is the charge immediate or does it show up on the next month’s invoice?
- Also, after the free credits are used up, will Stripe automatically charge the user $1 and add 10,000 more credits to their balance, or does the user need to manually purchase additional credits?
