Bro laptop:

20 gb ram

The processors are almost identical, even the hertz is 3.4 GHz maximum, and I have a question, why is everything fine with his FPS, and mine is 90 FPS but at times it freezes so that it is impossible to play, especially the first match, All settings at minimum resolution 1024All background programs are turned off, it's not like his 20 GB of RAM changes the situation that much, is it a problem with my laptop, please help
