inconsistent first layer
after a lot of struggling I finally get a somehow function printer. I have huge trouble with the first layer. I calibrated the beacon. don't know what to do next it's a v-core4 500

Ran into the same issue. I do recommend buying some sort of titanium tube. But check to see if
variable_beacon_scan_compensation_enable: True
is set to true. I had really good luck after that was enabled. Just add it to the bottom of
[gcode_macro RatOS]
+1 for beacon scan compensation. I get really nice first layers on my 500.
So i finally managed to get it to run a nice first layer. I did a BEACON_RATOS_CALIBRATE BED_TEMP=60 since i mostly run PLA. This fixed the first layer for me. However is still have problems with the top layer.
I had the same issues with my top layer. I swapped the X extrusion to titanium. Now everything is good 👍
