The Queues tab says I need the paid plan

The Queues tab says I need the paid plan in order to use it, but I am already on the paid plan. Clicking create queue just redirects me the the main queue page. Any one come across this issue before and how do I fix it?

Thanks for looking into this Sid, just linked the accounts now Though the specific account we want queues on is 'Ojejones@gmail.com' that i am a member of, not my personal account

That just lets me look it up, I’m talking to our billing team, I’ll give them your account as well @gpstash on the 3 accounts I see on your profile, looks like you don’t have a paid Workers subscription at all. Queues currently requires that (but not for long). @Lou. I’m trying to get your subscription sorted

@Sid Correct, I used to be subscribed to Paid Workers but already canceled. The status seems stuck, so now I can’t re-purchase the Paid Workers plan :lul: I’ve already created a ticket with the billing team, so now just waiting for the Cloudflare engineers to resolve it. btw, Thanks for helping me check this out
Thank you for reaching out to Cloudflare Billing Support. I am sorry to hear about the alarm this caused. **I checked over our backend and it does appear that Workers Build Minutes is active in our back end. Was this ever active on this account, I ask because I am not seeing such. **

This case was escalated to our engineers and is awaiting an engineer to be assigned, at this time there is not an ETA but I have placed this on priority. This ticket will remain on hold in the mean time but if you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out.

im getting issues with this too, i can't create a queue ignore me, it's working now (PEBKAC wrong bindings)

This should be fixed for you now. You may have to reload the dashboard for it to take effect Gotcha, yeah so unfortunately I don’t have a lot of control here, but if you received a response then they’ll probably get someone to look at this soon. If that does not happen, let me know
