How would I acquire this shirt?
This shirt Luigi is sporting is 
but from what I can tell, Nintendo makes nothing of the sort irl. To materialize this, would I have to do something like: work with a custom fabric maker to create a green fabric with the blooper pattern, and then bring that custom fabric to a tailor and have them draft a camp collar(?) shirt from it?
