Complaint about PUBG Mobile Customer Support – Account Recovery Issue

I am a PUBG Mobile player.
My Player ID: 5321024269
In-game nickname: ॐDarkSideRॐ
I contacted customer support regarding the recovery of my stolen account.
My last ticket number: 25081772037411.
Unfortunately, for the past 3 months, I have only received automated template replies, and my requests were closed automatically without any real assistance. No effective action has been taken by the support team to resolve my issue.
I kindly request:
1. A proper review of my case and restoration of access to my account.
2. A detailed response addressing my issue instead of automated templates.
3. Information about what measures will be taken to improve customer support service.

https://pubgmobile.live/support is the official community support form. You can find this when you click on the "support" option in https://discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1172381972606242867.
Additionally, you can check if this link is safe or not yourself from the Security Center in-game.

But why with Google forms?
A community support form was put in place by the PUBG MOBILE Operations Team, it is the team that manages this Discord server and the Reddit community. It is intended to be a process community members can complete easily.
The form responses are also checked by the Operations Team, which is a different team than the one who checks the requests submitted via the in-game recovery tool.

I have been trying to restore for three months, but without success. I've played this game for six years, spending countless dollars, and it's all been for nothing.
How did it get stolen
My Google account was completely stolen. First, they tried to hack my online banking, and then they took over my Google account. They changed my name and age, and soon deleted my account completely.
Sorry to say but I think it's impossible to get ur pubg account back but I wish u best of luck and hopefully u get it back
The thing is, I remember all the information about the account: when it was created, on which device, in which region, and so on. The person who stole it doesn't know this information, so I hope there's a small chance.
