Mod Manager FTP recognition
Hi all, I'm trying to connect my mod manager to my Nitrado server and have put in the details as the ficsit guide shows however I get an infinite loading circle. See image attached.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I changed server providers which didn't help. But then the support team reset the panel password to the same password and then it worked???

Also I've tried to add the path as /satisfactory as it appears in the configuration files but that didn't work either
start by leaving the path blank, you should be able to navigate via a file browser once connected
I tried that and it just keeps loading and never connects
are you sure the port number is right?
Hm, that does all look like the details Nitrado use
do you have a firewall which could be blocking the connection?
>debughere
Small chance your logs might have more details
We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced here in this channel.
If you need to access older log files, see https://docs.ficsit.app/satisfactory-modding/latest/faq.html#Files_Logs
Yeah the port number is the one they have given me for ftp.
The only other port is the game port which I tried which also didn't work
Ill post the debug info when I get back onto my computer later today

Looks like it did connect 🤔
That's so strange, it just keeps spinning on mod manager and not going anywhere??
I think it's connecting but not actually going through with the following process
:interesting: do you have a VPN you could try?
I tried a VPN and i'm getting a new error message now (progress)

I think it might be just plain old connection issues - I'm guessing you're in Aus from the server address, and I know the average connection there isn't super great. Do you generally have any issues with a slow connection?
I have quite good connection to most things, the net speed I've got isn't bad

So it's resolved now
