Immich app only showing screenshots

I'm hoping this is a complete user error issue - but the Android immich app looks like its only showing screenshots from my phone - but all assests are still backing up happily and accessing immich via the web interface shows all the images. Its not a great loss as I know the photos are on the server - just a bit confusing... Is there an option that I'm missing?

Can you show the backup screen? Are you using the Beta timeline on the mobile app?

These numbers do change - I've a few hundred thousand images so it sometimes takes the app a while to catch up.
