We are running out of credits and we want invetigate why that it happening
Hi team,
I noticed something concerning with one of the stores. It has around 10k records for shopifyCollect, but the sync for this single shop took about 19 hours of our request time.
I want to understand:
Is it normal for syncing ~10k collect records to take this long, or does this suggest something is wrong?
Could it be that the sync is failing mid-way and then retrying repeatedly, which is inflating the total sync time?
If retries are happening, is there a way to confirm or debug that from my side?
Since long syncs are burning through credits quickly, how can I investigate whether this is expected behavior or a possible inefficiency/bug?
Would appreciate some guidance on how to debug this so we know whether it’s “normal slow” or if something’s broken.

Hi Alex,
It really depends on what is happening in your actions for the sync.
Are you just writing the data to Gadget?
Are you running long runtime actions in your
run()?
