Can't enable HDR in games on Gnome 48 with wayland

I have enabled hdr in my display settings and tried a couple games and I don't have the option to enable hdr.

I'm passing in

DXVK_HDR=1 ENABLE_HDR_WSI=1 %command%

DXVK_HDR=1 ENABLE_HDR_WSI=1 %command%

as launch options. I've tried Path of Exile 2 and Monster Hunter Rise. I've also tried gamescope and the options in-game don't seem to work.

I'm on an AMD 7800xt if that's relevant
