SQLite is an SQL database: https://sqlite.org
Can you convert it to MCA? Yes
You just have to read all the data and save it again with a different format
But no tool for that exists

I'll try to convert a table to region file

If you want to convert DH LoDs back to vanilla chunks, there is a tool for that named DH Rescue
But you would be the first one to want to save plain DH data in MCA
im not quite understanding what i need to do either
my friend just recked a server
i have another friend that was playing a few hours before the incident happened
my goal is to somehow fix the server with DH data

But I'd look into a backup mod or plugin, DH isn't a robust backup solution
im in the process of looking for better friends too.
but yea, something like core protect would be ideal
