Manila Server Lag
I'm in the Philippines and you would think i'd get less than 10 ms in the new manila server, but I get 40 meanwhile I get 20 on hong kong servers. What do I do?

is it bad even now ? when was the last time you checked
i just closed my game before i traceroute
it was still 40ms

its a provider issue, they are sending the traffic incorrectly
