DH Loaded on Server but Commands dont work

if i look at this then i thing DH is loaded, but if i try a command, it dosnt work

Verify that DH is loaded and working by connecting to the server with a client that has DH, then look at the F3 screen and see if it displays "Server has full DH support"

Are you sure the command was complete?
the command "dh" should display the explanation on how to use it like /help right?
iirc there is no "explanation" when you just run /dh
you can tab complete the command however
i am using dh in the server console, i cant give myself op on the server bc i would disconnect through another error

dh debug works, dh pregen start / status dosnt work
you need to run the full command
the config commands each give a explanation of the setting
for example
dh config common.threadPresetahh i see
gonna make a suggsestion on that they maybe can add thing to display instead of the standart minecraft
