Email Verification Issue When Creating New Account
When trying to create a new account / get started using an email address we're getting stuck in a loop of sign in <> verify and can't make it into the app.

Hey @dannymeatsuit are you self hosting or using the cloud service ?
Is the redirecting moving between a specific workspace subdomain ?
Clearing your browser cache might fix the issue

This is for the cloud service. It's happening when a client is trying to create a new account and login for the first time.
They've tried a few times now over the past week or so and are having the same issue.
About to try creating a new account on production, do you have any information regarding their browser/os ?
Are your users trying to connect using a google/microsoft signin/signup funnel or are they using the email/password
It seems like there's an issue with email/password signup funnel since yesterday should be fixed tomorrow during the day, where email cannot get validated
If that's your end user issue let me know I will manually validate their email
I'd have to check with the client. We recreated it in Chrome on macOS.
Issue is specifically with email/password, connecting with Google is working fine.
Ok so indeed that's the currently kown issue, it should be fixed in production tomorrow evening at the latest
As said feel free to reach by dm with your client email so we can manually fix his workspace
