having weird lag spikes, cpu usage pulsing at 100%
after fully generating all chunks i get like horrible stuttering, it only stutters when cpu is at 100% on all cores

how much ram did you give minecraft?

Change it to 8GB
ill give it a try
another thing i created another world
and didnt have the issue for some reason
huhh thats strange, fixed by reducing ram alloc
ill re-enable everything and see if it still happens

allocating too much ram can cause issues with minecraft
You should never allocate more than you actually need
Java is like a hoarder. It will fill all the space it has available with stuff, and then have a total panic attack when it has to clean up the mess. The more space, the more mess.
Its not that bad anymore with modern java and minecraft versions, but you still shouldn't allocate that much.
