Low ping frame drop
I have a query.
When I'm playing classic matches and ms is 20 then my frame is dropping and game became too laggy. When ms is about 32-40 or 60 it becomes smooth (no lag/no frame drop)
What is the reason behind this and what is the solution?

Solution
If you are experiencing lag, try the following possible solution:
Ensure that the graphics settings are in line with your device performance. Select SETTINGS from the bottom-right corner of the main menu and choose Graphics at the right.
Change the Internet connection between cellular data or Wi-Fi, or move to a place with better signal.
Close the game, clear some storage on your device, and start the game again. Before possibly logging out, note that your game progress will reset if you are playing as a guest.
Repair or reinstall the game.
