High ping with DHS (plugin)
My paper server on 1.21.7 has DHS on it. I pregenerated the map (15k radius) with chunky and then added DHS. I also pregenerated the lods with DHS.
However, when I connect the server I have absurdly high ping (around 15/20k) before timing out. Of course I think it's because my client is recieving the LODs from the server but I wonder why the ping gets so high.
Also I tested with a vanilla client and the ping still get high.
Its's only without the plugin that the ping stays normal.
Why is this happening and what can I do to prevent this from happening again. I guess it's in the config file but idk what setting affects ping that much.
