Why do different latitudes see different constellations?

In the Southern Hemisphere, the North Star is invisible, and in the Northern Hemisphere, the Southern Cross is invisible So on a flat Earth, shouldn’t everyone see the same stars?

in your bedroom, you can see your bedroom ceiling but not your kitchen ceiling. While in your kitchen, you can see the kitchen ceiling but not your bedroom ceiling. Thinking is required. Realize this is a flat earth server, not a server about stars. Try to find a star server for your questions.

Because stars move above us, and you don't see all of the Sky at once every night And because it's night at different times over the course of a day
