basically capacitors series me honeg and charge distribution kuch aise hoga then hame total charge batana in middle plate and since they are connected ( i have drawn them far so they clearly visible) but middle plate is same so uspe charge q2-q1 ayega so ig there will be a neg sign instead of positive so C is wrong ig

How do u get q2-q1
i showed how to get q1 ( u can convert it in sigma since que asks for tht) and u can follow same steps to find q2 and subtract them

and also this may seem misleading but this aint a RC circuit i js showed the resistors which are INFUSED in the capcitor
