Spotify Like Status For Custom Apps
Does anyone know how one can achieve the spotify like status for audio playing through an app?

That's a custom integration with discord. Unless you can partner with discord, you get what is provided

you cannot replicate that no
you can check if you can replicate any of it using the available presence fields
just google "custom rich presence" or "custom discord status" and you will find websites and tools that let you preview a custom status and also show you all thats possible.
