Hi All, I have cookiecad premium and I am trying to create an STL like I normally would. Everytime I drag the image into the app to trace the picture it comes up with this error messge and no matter how much I click into the blue hyperlink for version 1 nothing works and I'm going around in cirlces - We encountered a rendering error (null is not an object (evaluating 'e.getShaderPrecisionFormat(e.VERTEX_SHADER,e.HIGH_FLOAT).precision')).
Please try the following:
If you are using chrome, click on the three dots on the top right in the browser, and look for settings. Then open settings and type "Hardware Acceleration" in the search box, activate the switch, and click "Restart". (There may be a similar setting in Safari, Firefox and Edge)
If that doesn't work try using the older v1 version

Howdy! We have actually retired version 1, were you able to get anywhere with 3 and 4?
I cant seem to get any versions to work
What error are you getting in V3 and V4? Would you be willing to send some screenshots?
