Recently, my account has been affected by repeated “Refund application successful” and “UC Deduction Notice” messages, resulting in large UC deductions (most recently around 30,000 UC). I want to confirm that I never initiated any refund requests.
This same problem occurred last month, at which time I re-purchased 6000 UC through Midasbuy to secure my account. Despite contacting PUBG Mobile support, I have not received a response or resolution, and the problem has now repeated with even greater UC losses.
