Yeah mostly. And some time it doesn't even count towards the purchase bonus, as it has happened to me once.
Global and NA Constest UCs are always counted in Purchase Bonus

You had said that the UC would come on the 30th. Now it’s the 31st, and I’ve been waiting all this time. I was sure it would arrive before the 30th, but still there’s no UC. Honestly, I don’t even think it will come within the next 5–10 days either. I really don’t understand how the management is working. And if UC is going to be delayed this much, then at least mention 60–70 days clearly instead of saying 30 days.
Hi, as per my personal experience, expect UC each month on this dates 5th, 15-17th and rarely above that. Mostly the rewards of a month is distributed in the start of another month. If you miss the list then you have to wait for the next month list.
For example rewards won in the August month (no matter when i mean no matter if it's on the 1st of august or 25th of august) your rewards will deliver in September from 5th to 15th. And if you receive no rewards by the end of 20th then it's mean you didn't make it to the rewardee list.

I didn’t want to say this, but you are wrong here. First of all, this was the July event which ended around 22nd July, and its rewards—according to what you yourself said—should come in the next month. Meaning, no matter if the event ends on the 1st or the last day of the previous month, the rewards are usually given in the next month on the 5th, 10th, or 15th.
But in my case, the event ended in July itself, and still throughout the whole month of August I didn’t receive any prize. And now you’re saying that I won’t get the reward because I’m not on the list? That’s not correct, because my user ID are clearly in the reward list. And it’s not just me—there are many others messaging about the same issue because they also didn’t get their rewards.

Yeah you're right, but as i say there is not just only one event in a month. There are more than 10 PUBG M D servers, and each of them host more than 10 Events per month (such as custom rooms, feedback, weekly challenges, and social events plus wow events and metro events etc), by these sentence " you didn't make it to the rewardee list" i mean this event. Because there is no way that all the rewards of july events is distributed except this. Or maybe the event is ended at the start of july month.
Note: me myself won UC of 10$ in july and got it on 6th august.
I understand that there are many servers and managing them all can be challenging. However, I would like to point out an important concern. I have personally won three to four events of the same category (social events), and in every case I received the rewards within a maximum of 30–40 days. It has never taken longer than that. But this time, the delay has been significantly more than usual.
If the reward distribution can take longer, then the timeline should be mentioned more clearly—such as 60 or even 70 days. That way, players will be prepared and will not have false expectations. Even if the UC is delivered earlier, at least the official time frame should be communicated in advance.
Currently, the problem is that players expect the rewards within 30 days, but in reality it sometimes takes up to 60 days. Many of us plan things ahead based on the UC we are supposed to receive. When the rewards are delayed without notice, those plans are completely disrupted.
I hope that they will consider this suggestion and provide clearer timelines for reward distribution in the future.

As myself, i was a staff in other game but similar events reward distribution.
It's a headache, lots of spreadsheet work. First the Mod collects the data and then a investigator inspect the data and then the the winner is selected after that the list of winners is forwarded to the head moderator. Then he compile all the results and amounts into one big monthly spreadsheet which is then delivered to the devs/community manager etc for reward distribution.
My point is that either they forget to add the list of "Last move challenge" winner to the final monthly spreadsheet. And that is concerning.
I agree with you. The reward distribution process is complicated, and it’s possible the ‘Last Move Challenge’ winners were missed in the final spreadsheet. Hopefully, they’ll review it carefully and send the UC once it’s checked.
