“this is taking to long”

hi guys , my bf is getting this screen in valorant for days now , we’ve contacted support , he’s deleted and reinstalled it , updated it , reset his wifi , we even tried doing an alt account and that didn’t work , it works on my console fine but his just still pops up with this message (he has a ps5) and it can’t be his wifi because everything else , every other game works and his pc works
