Suddenly get error loading dynamically imported module after uploading images

Today I tried to upload some new images from my phone. Upload seemed to be successful, but when connecting to the Immicah server all I got was the 'Error loading image thumbnail'. Connected to the server and saw that the note and the immich processes were using up a lot of CPU. That settled but after that, when connecting I got this message: error loading dynamically imported module: http://172.16.16.1:2283/_app/immutable/nodes/39.BdsG_rm-.js (500) (I access the server through a Wireguard tunnel and used the IP to eliminate a DNS issue). After deleting the images and emptying trash everything seems to be working again, but I just cannot upload. I looked at the logs and used --follow but nothing significant was seen. Help would be appreciated. These are the first holidays I got my wife to use Immich and she is now not happy 🙁

I have tried restarting the containers, also updated and noticed immich-server was updated. I now run the latest version. OS: Raspberry OS (Linux) I have also tried running in incognito window. Same thing happens: high CPU for node and immich processes and same error about dynamically imported module Update: definitely something to do with the upload process. It fails consistently and the Thumbnail job remains Active until I get the '1 failed' messagee. Upload fails both through mobile app and web client Update 2: downgraded to 138.1 and thumbnails are correctly generated again.
