Obsidian LiveSync

I feel like this should be pretty stright forward so I'm a bit lost as to why this is giving me such grief. Installed the app setting a username, password and exposing to a URL as per runtipi settings UI when installing it. Install the plugin in Obsidian and try to configure, enter URL username and password and leave database name blank. Hit test and says all ok. Save and enable and it won't run. Keep getting circular prompts about needing to rebuild things and restart and failing to check for chunks and the sync just doesn't happen. Anyone using this that can help me compare settings to see what I have done wrong? Also trying to understand how this works (if it does at all) with more than one vault.

Ok.. I have no idea. Was just reading the docs and figured I'd ask.

No worries. Thanks for trying. I have no idea why it's not working.. as far as I can tell it should be pretty simple and nothing really to configure..

I recommend using the deno script listed in the getting started guide of the repo You just run it with the credentials you set It gives you a "url" You put it in the plugin and it does everything

Sorry... I can't find what you're referring to. I have looked through the the GitHub page and can't find the script you described or a getting started guide.

hahah... im a clown sometimes. I didn't even think to check the doco of the actual plugin.. i was just looking in the servers repo 🙂 Thank you! this worked.. don't know why it's different from just entering the details but i am cool with it lol. the live sync works great and easily allows for multi vaults/databases concurrently which is cool. thanks again
